The Moremi-Mannonye Community Trust was granted use of the Moremi Gorge heritage site by the Department of National Museum, Monuments and Art Gallery. The community has since opened the gorge to the public and now derives economic benefits through the collection of gate entry fees, and the ongoing developments at Goo-Moremi.
